The "API-TDS-1" is a tube-type TDS unit designed to conduct thermal desorption gas analysis (TDS: Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy) when connected to our high-sensitivity gas analysis device "FLEX-MS400." Samples are inserted into a quartz heating tube, and heating analysis is performed while flowing high-purity gas.
